Deb's swearing tirade in the elevator was funny, I'll admit, but the fact that she does it constantly throughout the rest of the episode too simply grates on me.

I don't want that to happen to Hannah either.

And I'm not a fan of all the language either. I always have to make sure my door is shut before I watch the show so that you can't hear it all through the house. I usually end up telling her to shush too.

If Hannah drops the f-bomb I think I might gasp a little. Not because I'm prudish (I saw the word at home) but hearing Yvonne swear is like hearing Julie Andrews swear.

I think you guys are just jealous of her wearing abilities I think the best one ever was when Dexter invited her into the bar while he was scoping out Speltzer: "%$#King Christ on a Cracker!" or something like that

No, I can swear just as well as she can, and I do, when the situation calls for it. But when every other word out of your mouth is !#$%, or some variation of it, it starts to lose its meaning and, instead, get annoying.

Don't plan on her cutting back with the swearing. If you're not familiar, Deb has sworn like this throughout the entire series, not just this season.

Yeah, this is exactly how I feel. The f-word is so much more effective when it's only said once in a while.

So.. I really love Jennifer Carpenter right now. Look what she said about Yvonne!

Due to circumstances beyond my control I just got see the episode now. I thought it was good, not a Dexter highlight but solid. Yvonne was good, it was nice to see her do something different. And i Personally love the Deb character, but yeah she does seem to use the F word like a coma sometimes. I think, actually that it helps her character. And the scene in the elevator is fun.

Episode S07E05 was so good and Yvonne was fantastic.
Can't wait for next episode.

And I just love Debra's cursing, just like Costigan it fits her character totally, so for another character I could been annoyed by it but here I find it awesome.
